Yesterday

In 1981 Ramsin Bitmansour, Facility Master’s CEO., was a college student majoring in chemical engineering and working part time at a restaurant in San Jose, CA to support his studies. One day his manager asked him to clean the restaurant’s windows. Ramsin quickly realized he could supplement his part time income even further by cleaning the windows for other businesses as well. Along the way, Ramsin was involved with other companies such as Peninsula Janitorial Services, Bottom Line Facility Services, and Signature Supply Company. From that early experience and those first few windows came Facility Masters, one of California’s premiere full service facility service companies.

Today

Today Facility Masters has operations in both northern and southern California with more that four hundred employees providing janitorial and related facility services to over ten million square feet of property.

With roots in the Silicon Valley it’s no surprise we provide service to many high-tech and biotech facilities but we are also providing service to commercial offices, corporate campuses, medical buildings, education and government facilities, auto dealerships, hotels, retail establishments and entertainment venues.
