Work Orders

All of your facility’s periodic services such as window cleaning and floor care are scheduled into MAX. As your services come due, MAX automatically generates the necessary work orders, ensuring your facility is maintained according to its specifications at all times.

MAX will also notify you when recommended services, not included in your service agreement, are due to be performed; giving you the information and control you need to more effectively manage your facility.

Service Corrections and Customer Requests

MAX allows us to record and track all of your facility’s service corrections and customer requests, giving us access to the information we need to better serve you.

Communication Cycle

Every evening our account managers and supervisors meet to review the work orders, service corrections and customer requests to be completed that night. By morning these reports are returned to the Account Manager confirming completion of the work and addressing any issues that need to be discussed with you.
