While working on his Masters degree in chemical engineering Ramsin started a two-man window cleaning company to earn extra money while going to school. From that humble beginning in 1981 he has guided Facility Masters to become a multi-million dollar fully equipped operation providing janitorial services and building maintenance for northern and southern California. Ramsin’s keen awareness of the industry, his insistence on creating efficiencies through technology, and his sharp and persistent drive for corporate excellence has made Facility Masters a leader in the building maintenance industry.

Jim Machado

Partner, President - Northern California Division.

Jim completed his degree in Marketing and then started out in a successful career on the sanitary supply side of the business. Here he worked with janitorial services companies and became familiar with every type of cleaning problem and solution. Later he went on to build a successful janitorial service company of his own. In the summer of 2003 Jim merged his company, Bottom Line, with Facility Masters and assumed the position of northern California division president. Jim has been in the industry since 1987 and is one of only a few hundred executives in the country to have earned the prestigious Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation.

Eric Christiansen

After an early career as a minister in the Presbyterian Church, Eric joined Facility Masters in Northern California where he was able to work and gain experience in a variety of positions. In early 2001 Eric was selected to open Facility Masters’ southern California division. Under Eric's leadership the southern California division has shown continual growth year after year. Employee turnover is low and customer loyalty is high. In 2004 Eric oversaw the division's successful acquisition of a local competitor and expanded the company's reach beyond Orange County into Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Ozzie Almeida

Ozzie brings over 20 years of operations experience to his position. Working his way up through the ranks of the company he has proven himself to be an experienced and trustworthy leader. Under his skilled guidance the company provides facility services for a broad range of facilities including corporate office, industrial, government, education, high-tech, biotech, and clean rooms.

Marie Gorham

Office Manager, Northern California

Marie managed a multiple dentist, pediatric and orthodontic dental practice for 13 years before joining Bottom Line in 2000. During her years in the dental field she coordinated all aspects of the office. She was responsible for meeting the financial needs of the practice, the needs of the staff and most importantly the needs of the patients. Marie handled all of the accounts receivable, billing both insurance companies and patients. She joined Facility Masters as part of the 2003 merger with Bottom Line. As Office Manager for Facility Masters, her commitment to customer service and her attention to detail ensure that our customers’ needs are always met.
