Since 1984, Facility Masters has been reengineering clean as one of California’s premiere building maintenance service companies. With roots in the Silicon Valley, we have an extensive expertise in cleaning multitudes of buildings and facilities including corporate, high-tech, biotech, industrial, production and more.

Facility Masters wants your building to be clean and healthy. We are committed to cleaning for health and believe that a facility cleaned to the highest performance standards protects the wellness and vitality of your workforce. We use green products and procedures that improves the overall impact on your health and the environment.
Green Seal Chemicals & Dilution Control Systems
Our products have low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, reduced levels of fragrances and are made from renewable resources. We choose water-based over solvent-based products and use cold water when diluting our cleaning chemicals--- this serves to reduce the energy associated with heating water.
Equipment Innovations
Equipment innovations improve both efficiencies and effectiveness. Our backpack vacuums provide HEPA filtration and require less than half the energy and effort to clean the same area as an upright vacuum.
